The morning walk

As I am walking this morning on the Aldridge Creek Greenway I am thinking that it should not be this warm at the end of October. It is supposed to be 87 degrees this afternoon. The kids are going to have to wear t-shirts and shorts for their Halloween outfit.

Aldridge Creek is the driest I have ever seen it. Hopefully, the Good Lord will give us some rain.

There is no telling what ferocious beasts I will find on my walk Winking smile

Here’s a few more pictures from today’s walk

Fall colors at Green Mountain

The fall colors are beginning to show in Alabama. Sonia and I went to Green Mountain yesterday and saw some of the trees have turned bright yellow and red. Here are a couple of pictures. You can find more fall colors in the Green Mountain Gallery .

Super moon

We had a super moon on Saturday night

The super moon as seen on Oct 15, 2016

It took a few attempts with the telephoto lens to get a clear picture but it was worth the effort.
